We first met at work 18 years ago, and 16 years later we got engaged. Another 2 years on and we decided it was time to get the wedding sorted.

We stared planning in October 2019 and got married at the beginning of January 2020, all in all just 3 and a half months in the planning, we did not feel that we needed to wait any longer and everyone involved were more than happy to work with our chosen date. So our Big Day was booked for 4.2.2020.

So with everything planned off we went to Gretna Green, along with our closest Family and Friends. We stayed at the Gables Hotel who were fantastic especially Rachelle who looked after us all.

We booked the wedding through Gretna Wedding Bureau, we definitely recommend them. Also the Gretna Flower Basket where the beautiful flowers were ordered. And of course Dream Days who provided me with the most beautiful wedding dress.

So with everything planned off we went to Gretna Green, along with our closest Family and Friends.

My advise to anyone getting married is, enjoy every moment, don't be nervous and enjoy being a princess for a day. We had many highlights on the day but the one that stands out was having all our Family around us and our little sausage dog, Milo, it just wouldn't have been the same without him.

Finally a Very Big Thank you to everyone involved in the planning and to our Family for travelling all the way to Scotland with us and making the the Day so Special.
