❤WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We're very flexible when it comes to payment. You can secure a dress order with just a deposit and continue with a monthly payment plan if you'd prefer not to pay in lump sums! Of course you can do lump sum payments if you wanted to, but we understand this is a big investment and spreading the cost makes the experience of buying a dress a little more relaxed.

❤HOW LONG BEFORE MY WEDDING SHOULD I START SHOPPING?

We recommend anywhere between 12-18 months! This gives you enough time to make a decision without worrying if it will be delivered in time, altered in time, and wedding day ready in time. All designers and dresses have different delivery times ranging from a couple of weeks up to 9 months! So it's best to start sooner rather than later in order to have 'the pick of the bunch' and as many options as possible!

❤DO YOU SELL OFF THE PEG/SALE DRESSES?

Yes, we do have an off-the-peg range for those looking to buy a dress in a shorter time frame. These dresses are also heavily discounted as they are likely ex-sample dresses or cancelled orders, so make the perfect choice if you're shopping on more of a budget too!

❤DO YOU DO ALTERATIONS AND OTHER SERVICES?

At Dream Days, we have an in house seamstress so you don't have to worry about taking your dress anywhere until the day you need it! We store all of your purchases free of charge, steam them, and pack them ready for the wedding day, so all you have to do it pick it up when you're ready and go get married! Tracey, Dream Days Owner, alters all of the dresses herself and to her very high standards! So you can trust that your items will be left fitting perfectly to you without a doubt! If you want your dress cleaning and boxing after the wedding, we do that too!

❤WHAT SIZES DO YOU STOCK?

We stock from sizes 6-32, and can order anything from a UK 4 - 40+. A polite reminder to never take notice of the size on the label! Every designer uses different size charts so you may find you're trying sizes you're not used to number wise!

❤WHAT PRICES ARE THE DRESSES?

Our collection starts from £399 and we do not go above £1500! You have a number of things to account for such as alterations, accessories and 1,000,000 other wedding costs so we find this price point works best for us!

❤WHAT SHOULD I WEAR/BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Please don't feel the need to bring anything to your appointment, just yourself as we've covered everything else in store! Wear some comfy underwear, similar to what you plan on wearing on the wedding day, and you'll probably find you won't wear a bra as wedding dresses have one built in for you already! Make up is absolutely allowed if you feel like it, we would just as that you're considerate when trying the dresses on to keep them in as good condition as possible!

❤WHO SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

A couple of trusted people is perfect! If you want to bring nobody, we're the people you can trust to help you - we do this everyday after all! But if you do bring a couple of guests, remember the decision is yours to make and too many opinions makes shopping impossible, so make sure they're on the same page and nothing but supportive! This is a happy occasion after all and anything that may make it more stressful should be avoided.
